How to Order


DEOS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

 

In order to order the DEOS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), all mission partners must provide a duly trained and certified Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with each package.

The number 1.
Step 1: Register at Max.gov.

The number 2.
Step 2: Reference the DEOS BPA consolidated spreadsheet (CAC Required). If additional information is needed, please reference the DEOS Business Management and Ordering Guide (BMOG) (CAC Required).

The number 3.
Step 3: Register at Complete the DEOS Intake Form.

DOD365-Joint or DOD365-Sec

 

In order to become a part of the DOD365-J Tenant or DOD365-Sec Tenant and begin the onboarding process, all mission partners must complete a DOD365 (DEOS) Service Request Form (SRF) and submit to the Mission Partner Engagement Office (MPEO) via the CRM Portal.

The number 1.
Step 1: Download and complete the Service Request Form (SRF) in the attachments section on the top right of the link's page, create a case via the Customer Service Management (CSM) Portal, then attach the SRF to the case.

The number 2.
Step 2: To "create a case", simply click on the "Case" tab in the black navigation bar, then select "Create Case" from the drop down. Upon receipt, the DISA Mission MPEO will validate the SRF with the mission partner and create a DISA project.

Kimberley Lingafelt


Enterprise Collaboration Services, PEO Services, DISA Ms. Kimberly Lingafelt manages enterprise services for common communication, collaboration, and productivity across the Department of Defense. The DEOS service portfolio includes the DEOS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Microsoft 365 products, DOD365-Joint IL5 tenant, DOD365-SEC IL6 tenant, and DOD365 Integrated Phone System (DIPS).

Ms. Lingafelt has more than 27 years with DISA managing large technology efforts in support of many mission areas including Counternarcotics, DOD Policy, Special Access Programs, and Cloud Services. Most recently, Ms. Lingafelt served as the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard Portfolio Manager for DISA’s Mission Partner Engagement Office where she led strategic communications with portfolio mission partners. She also served as the Stratus Program Manager (PM) for the DISA Hosting and Compute, J9, where she managed all facets of delivering a private cloud solution on NIPRNet and SIPRNet.

Ms. Lingafelt lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and four children. In her personal time, she can be found cheering for her children’s swim and volleyball teams.
